RETURN OF GOODS POLICY/REFUNDS
We want you to be delighted with your product. If for any reason you change your mind, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please provide proof of purchase. It is imperative that the item is in perfect resalable condition (including all packaging and tags). We can not offer a refund if the item has been used or damaged in anyway.
We allow exchanges for any items received as gifts. Please let us know the details when returning the item.
Refunds exclude the cost of shipping the item back to us. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
FAULTY GOODS
We hope you have great pleasure in using our products. If for any reason, our products fall short of what you expected, please contact us – support@miadventure.co.uk.
Please provide an explanation as to the issue and a picture to support this. We will ask that the item is returned to us for further inspection.
For items that are faulty within 30 days of purchase we will offer a full refund or exchange.
Within 12 months of purchase, we will either seek to replace the product or repair it free of charge.
All returned goods must be clean and dry before being returned to us.
We strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting.
